We offer group, semiprivate and private lessons for stand up paddle boarding. Whether you are new to the sport of paddle boarding and need your first lesson or you are an experienced paddle boarder looking to hone your racing skills (or somewhere in between), we have a lesson available that can help!

Our lessons may be updated or changed at any time. If you do not see a specific lesson you are interested in or available at a time that you would be better suited for, contact us and let us know! Chances are we are available to provide a lesson when you need it!

SUP Basic

Saturday and Sundays 10:30AM

  • Water Safety
  • Hazards
  • Proper Stroke

SUP 101 – Full Body Stroke

  • Prerequisite – SUP Basic
  • 2 hour lesson
  • Refine & define your stroke with the 3 powers and proper way to recover creating an Effective, Efficient and Energy saving stroke
  • Learn how to create an instant turn

SUP 202 – Turn with Agility

  • Prerequisite – SUP 101
  • Advanced Strokes
  • Learn follow through, rotation, stacking, deep and shallow technics of powering your stroke
  • Kahi stroke

SUP 303 – Simple SUP Fitness

  • Prerequisite – SUP 101
  • Full core cardio fitness
  • Flexibility
  • Paddle, tie up, exercise, warm down stretch and paddle

SUP 404 – Glidiator SUP Style

  • Prerequisite – SUP 202
  • Long distance cardio
  • Stroke technique
  • Buoy turns
  • Paddle interval  long distance
  • Race training
  • Find your second wind
