Fitness now has a new brand! *SUP Fitness has become one of the best ways to build and test your inner core strength. This high output, fast paced, cardio core workout will have your endorphins screaming for more. As we constantly balance on our boards, we push multiple exercises to test our endurance, reach deep into our core for balance and grasp our cardio to breathe. 5 class pass: $120 SUP Fitness
What to bring:
  • Water
  • Towel
  • Sunscreen

*Each Paddler must have taken a Go Stand Up Paddle Lesson and show proper paddle technic to attend.
