Stand Up Paddle Board Rentals ~ Plus Lessons & Fitness Training At Pleasant Harbor Marina
We offer stand up paddle boarding classes and rentals at Pleasant Harbor Marina every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Saturday and Sunday gets pretty busy so book in advance. Catch a special 505 Sunrise or 505 Sunset energetic paddle that will boost your cardio endorphins into the next day to make you come back for more. Every Wednesday night is girlfriend race for free night. This is a quick 5K paddle race that will test your skill and be awarded a winning entree certificate at PHM.
Join us and grow with our 101, 202 303, and 404 SUP classes. These our are designer SUP ~ Fitness ~ Race Improvement classes that will take your breath away with energetic excitement. We have also blended together a great YogaSUP ~ YogalatiesSUP and fun kids day paddles. (parents welcome) Keep your attention on our site for these Special Event Theme Day Dates and Bring a friend! The rest of the week is by appt. only when we offer our out back shuttle paddling tours with a lunch. (call for details) We cater to clubs, large parties, corporate team building and team fitness events. We are here all times of the year as well but our schedule may vary some as we are always coming up with new fun ideas.
Taking a lesson to learn how to stand up paddle (A.K.A. SUP) can be a life changing event. In addition to regular SUP lessons offered at the Pleasant Harbor Marina we also offer SUP fitness training. Once you are trained by the Brockfish himself (A.K.A. Chad Brockman) (or if you already know how to SUP) with basic stand up paddling techniques it is recommended you spend some high quality time out on the Marina with family and friends honing in your SUP skills and have SUPer fun time!
